Step 2 — We Find and Vet the Sub-Tenant
We source, reference and vet all sub-tenants ourselves. We conduct full background and credit checks. We place families and working tenants, people we are confident will look after the property. If a sub-tenant causes problems, stops paying or damages the property, that is our financial risk — not yours.
What You Receive Every Month
